The 6 July Association and the Guardia di Finanza with the children of the Paediatric Oncohaematology Ward at the Civile Hospital

San Felice del Benaco. On Saturday 24 August, a day of extraordinary solidarity and closeness was held for the young patients of the Paediatric Oncohaematology Ward of the Brescia Civile Hospital, organised by the 6 Luglio association of San Felice del Benaco, in collaboration with the Naval Section of the Guardia di Finanza of Salò.
The initiative was attended by the mayor of Salò, Francesco Cagnini, and the commander of the Guardia di Finanza Naval Section of Salò, Eugenio Somma. During the day, the children in care and their families had the opportunity to board the Guardia di Finanza patrol boats and experience the thrill of an outing on Lake Garda. A unique experience that brought smiles and moments of serenity to the little protagonists and their loved ones.
The day continued with a convivial moment, where all participants were able to share stories, experiences and hopes. This event was not only an opportunity for the children and their families to enjoy themselves, but also an important milestone for the 6 Luglio association in opening up its activities to new collaborations and involving additional families who are facing difficult challenges.
The 6 Luglio association thus continues its mission of support and solidarity, demonstrating once again how collective commitment can make a difference in the lives of those most in need.
