The violent fury of the pack in Bagnolo: beatings and devastation over a cigarette

Bagnolo Mella. Apparently it was a cigarette that triggered a furious brawl, which demolished many furnishings in the bar, caused extensive damage and left two customers injured. It happened in the night between Saturday and Sunday in the outdoor area of the ‘Caffé della Piazza’ bar in Piazza IV Novembre in Bagnolo, between some young people who quickly moved from words to hands.
The dynamics are being examined by the Carabinieri of the Verolanuova company, but the fact is that at a certain point the managers heard a commotion and saw chairs flying. It seems that everything started when someone belonging to a group of about ten young men sitting outside asked a couple sitting at a table for a cigarette.
From that moment on, all hell broke loose: punches were thrown and then the group started to break everything they could find, first outside and then inside the bar. They ran away only when they heard the sirens of the carabinieri.
Together with the military, medical assistance also arrived to treat the couple who were victims of the attackers’ fury: the man’s nasal septum was broken and the prognosis is twenty days; for the girl, two weeks. The military will now have to identify the perpetrators of the stunt, who may have been filmed by some surveillance cameras in the area.
