Brescia. The best restaurant in Formentera bears the Brescian signature of Silvia Manzoli. The culinary superiority of the ‘Can Carlos’ was decreed by the ‘Academia de gastronomìa’ which, for the first time, awarded this prize to an Italian restaurateur. Not only that, Manzoli is the only woman owner of a restaurant on the Spanish island.
A double success for an Italian who has been running the restaurant, which is very popular and also frequented by VIPs, for years.
Silvia shared the award with her entire team, thanking them for their achievements and for the many positive and flattering reviews that customers give her restaurant every year. The restaurant specialises in home-made pasta of all kinds, grilled meat and fish, with seasonal products and 0 km ingredients.
